Pushkaraj is an entrepreneurial practitioner specifically dealing in the fields of Intellectual Property Rights-IPR, e-Governance, ICT, Digital India Framework. His interest canvas is not just limited to business development, encouraging acute innovative solutions
for complex issues, public relation activities, promotion and outreach strategies; but alsovarious facets including capacity building, impact assessment, training and development as well as knowledge dissemination etc. He has been a key constituent of varied IPR and egovernance capacity building endeavours , impact assessment of a prestigious citizen engagement portal of Government of India regulated by PMO i.e. ‘MyGov.in’. He achieved a good hands on project procurement and management (viz. documentation, technical and financial bidding, technical evaluation, monitoring, evaluation etc.).
He was a crucial part of the Geographical Indications-GI assignments – one World Bank assisted project on Geographical Indications (Communities’ Intellectual Property Rights) through MACP, Govt. of Maharashtra for 9 agricultural produces/ products and the other through Commissionrate of Agriculture, Government of Maharashtra for GI registration task from 11 districts from state of Maharashtra – facilitated through GMGC, Pune. Drafting GI applications, devising strategic road maps, preparing review reports, research analysis, presentations, were the most part of his functionalities while working with GMGC.
Pushkaraj holds a masters’ degree in Computer Science from University of Pune including B.Sc. in Computer Science. He has also pursued a ‘Intensive Training on Patents’ conducted by VAMNICOM, Pune in association with Intellectual Property Office, India (GoI).He is also thoroughly trained in varied aspects of Project Life Cycle such as Government Process Reengineering (GPR), Change Management and Capacity Building, Request for Proposal- RFP, Detailed Project Report (DPR) and Training of Trainers etc. Within these industries he has been learned personnel in distinctive verticals.
